Experimenting with controlled Lofting in geometrynodes. The point of Lofting is control and clean geo. But this is for clothes, and I need it to match the surface. If you shrinkwrap the mesh, it gets disrupted. But if you raycast the curves onto the surface based on the original profileโs Normal, its much cleaner. Then resample for perfectly even spacing, same as if you used the Space Command in LoopTools.
Iโm still experimenting with other ways to force alignment to the original profiles b3d
